committed to offering you the best possible processing and shipping service, including shipping
insurance both nationally and internationally.
HANDLING
Orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in Denver, CO Monday through Friday
except holidays. For in-stock items, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Out-of-stock
items will show “out of stock” on the website and purchases of those items won’t be available.
SHIPPING
USA DOMESTIC SHIPPING SERVICES
For the US Domestic Shipping Services, we offer multiple shipping options convinced that each client
knows which carrier serves their area of residence better.
Among the options, clients will find a variety of transit time choices, carriers, and prices. It is included
extra low-cost an option for small orders (parcels below 1lb of weight). Shipping options are shown at
check-out including price and transit times. Most US orders arrive within 7 business days from
Shipment Day. Please note shipping does not include arrival on weekends and holidays.
Email notifications will be sent along with order confirmation and tracking information. Orders may also
be tracked by logging into your Truth Treatments account.
Truth Treatments is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including
address errors, transit delays, transportation failures, weather, and acts of nature.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SERVICE
For international shipment, Truth Treatment Systems offers a default service FEDEX International with
a fixed Shipping and Handling Fee shown at check-out. International shipping & handling charges
cover orders weighing up to 2 pounds. Shipping fees are.
Transit times depend on the destination and customs processing needs, typically between 2-6 weeks.
For special needs, clients must contact Customer Service support@truthtreatments.com before placing
the order.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DUTIES
International shipping services are subject to international commerce laws and conditions. Customs
duties and tariffs imposed by the destination country varied according to the destination country.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more
information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our
delivery estimates.
Tariffs, customs duties, taxes, and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at
checkout. Custom Duties and tariffs will be collected from the recipient at the time of delivery. Truth
Treatments is not responsible for any Customs Duties or tariffs applied to your package.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Truth Treatment Systems will not accept returns or refunds for refused international packages.
Shipments refused or returned for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the original
shipping charges, return shipping charges, as well as any customs fees or taxes that are incurred.
These fees will be deducted from the merchandise payment amount refunded. In the instance that the
price to return the merchandise exceeds the total amount of the merchandise including shipping costs,
the package will be abandoned, and you will not be refunded.
CANADA SHIPPING OPTIONS
Orders directed to Canada are considered International Shipments and are subject to the International
Shipping Service Policy. Including customs duties and tariffs imposed by Canadian Customs.
Truth Treatment Systems offers a default cross-border service by FEDEX with a fixed Shipping and
Handling Fee shown at check-out.
POWER SHIPPING PROTECTION
Power Shipping Protection is a shipping coverage that will ensure your parcel for immediate
replacement for lost, damaged, or theft. Power Shipping Protection will show by default at the checkout
of every order and can be removed like every other item.
Truth Treatment Systems strongly recommends including Power Shipping Protection due to the
increase in the occurrence of the following events:
• Orders showing delivered but not received.
• Parcels that are delayed or lost in the shipping process.
• Items have been damaged, broken, or shattered in transit.
We will replace your order:
• Within 5 business days of the declared delivery date of the carrier tracking information
• Within 7 days of the shipment date within the continental USA and up to 6 weeks for
international shipping.
• Replacement of damaged items upon receiving photos or documentation.
• Include your order number and the email address associated with your account with every
claim.
NOTICE
• Tracking information is sent with every order independently to the Power Shipping Protection.
• Shipping Protection is strongly recommended but not obligatory.
• If you choose NOT to use Shipping Protection, Customer Service will NOT be able to refund or
replace it for free.
