Truth Treatment Systems is dedicated to bringing you the best in skin health. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of the purchasedate.

We are more than happy to go over your concerns and discuss the best way to get the most out of your products. You may return any, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.


CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

Please consider the following conditions for a Return/Refund:

• NO Returns or exchanges on supplements. All Sales are final on supplements.
• Only items purchased on www.truthtreatments.com website may be returned to
www.truthtreatments.com. Items purchased through a 3rd party website or from a skincare professional retailer must be returned to their original point of purchase.
• Any damaged, defective, or incorrect products received MUST be returned within our 30-day policy or we cannot replace them.
• Items received more than 45 days after the purchase date may not be returned.
• Truth Treatment Systems is not responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
• Truth Treatment Systems is not responsible for the cost of reship orders placed with inadequate addresses.
• For International returns, the shipping fee is non-refundable.


PROCEDURE FOR A RETURN

Please follow the steps below for a Return/Refund:

1. Contact our Customer Service Team at (866) 280-5545 leaving a voicemail or email
support@truthtreatments.com within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. Explain your concern and the reason you wish for a return. Include a copy of your invoice or full name, order number, mailing address, and phone number.
3. Our staff will check your order and evaluate if conditions apply to your case.
4. You will receive a Return Authorization.
5. Ship the items you wish to return to the address that will be indicated in the Return
Authorization. Remember that Truth Treatment Systems is not responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
6. Send the tracking number of your return shipment to Customer Service so your return can be easily identified.
7. Refunds will be applied within three weeks of receiving returned products, however, in many cases, refunds may arrive sooner.
