DIRECTIONS:

Use a small amount of the Omega 6 Healing Cream. For best results, use 'The Perfect Dose Spoon' to measure one dose of the product. Mix it with 2 sprays of Biomimetic Mineral Mist in the palm of your hand, then rub your hands together to activate the ingredients.
